Salmon Patties
Ingredients
- 40 oz. canned salmon
- 3 eggs
- 4 green onions, diced
- 1 Tbsp. dried dill
- 1 tsp. ginger
- ¼ tsp. red pepper flakes
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- ½ tsp. black pepper
- salt
- ¼ cup coconut oil
Instructions
- Mix 40 oz. canned salmon, 3 eggs, 4 green onions, 1 Tbsp. dried dill, 1 tsp. ginger, ¼ tsp. red pepper flakes, 3 Tbsp. lemon juice, ½ tsp. black pepper, salt, and ¼ cup coconut oil in a bowl
- Divide mixture into quarter pound lumps using a kitchen scale
- Press into patties
- Grill patties over medium high heat for about 5 minutes per side
