Salmon Patties

Ingredients

  • 40 oz. canned salmon
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 green onions, diced
  • 1 Tbsp. dried dill
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • ¼ tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • salt
  • ¼ cup coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Mix 40 oz. canned salmon, 3 eggs, 4 green onions, 1 Tbsp. dried dill, 1 tsp. ginger, ¼ tsp. red pepper flakes, 3 Tbsp. lemon juice, ½ tsp. black pepper, salt, and ¼ cup coconut oil in a bowl
  2. Divide mixture into quarter pound lumps using a kitchen scale
  3. Press into patties
  4. Grill patties over medium high heat for about 5 minutes per side
