Lemon Cake Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes lemon cake mix
  • 12 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 4 eggs
  • 12 oz. white chocolate chips

Tools

  • mixing bowl

Instructions

  1. Pour 2 boxes lemon cake mix into mixing bowl
  2. Stir in 12 Tbsp. butter
  3. Stir in 4 eggs until smooth
  4. Stir in 12 oz. white chocolate chips
  5. Drop spoonfuls on a greased baking sheet
  6. Bake at 375°F for 11 minutes
